Return & Refund
We want you to love every piece. If something is not right, here is how returns work.
As-shown pieces
In-stock, as-shown furniture and lighting may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition. Collection is arranged by our team.
Made-to-order pieces
Because bespoke pieces are built to your exact specification, they are non-returnable unless faulty or not as specified. We confirm every detail with you before production begins.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of collection and inspection. Delivery fees on non-faulty returns are non-refundable.
