Lead times
In-stock pieces are delivered within 1–2 weeks. Made-to-order furniture takes 6–12 weeks depending on materials and finish; your confirmed timeline is stated on your quotation.
White-glove service
Every delivery includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly and installation, and removal of all packaging. Our team treats your home with the same care as our workshop.
Coverage & charges
We deliver across mainland UK. Delivery and installation are included on orders above $5,000; a flat fee applies below that and is shown at checkout.
Scheduling
Once your order is ready, our concierge contacts you to arrange a delivery window that suits you, including evenings and weekends where possible.
