Your rights as a customer under the UK Consumer Rights Act, and how we honour them.
Accurate information
You have the right to clear, accurate information about every piece — materials, dimensions, origin, lead time, and total price inclusive of VAT — before you commit to purchase.
Faulty goods
If a piece arrives faulty or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a full refund. Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photographs.
Cancellation
In-stock orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Made-to-order pieces may be cancelled within 48 hours of order confirmation, before materials are committed.
Fair treatment
You will always be dealt with honestly and respectfully. Complaints are acknowledged within one business day and resolved as quickly as possible.
